The “Ice Water” is a combination sailboat/iceboat that can sail on either ice or water allowing for-year round enjoyment. 2 skates on each float in catamaran configuration allow for travel on ice. The 2 rear skates act as steering mechanisms on both ice and water. The skates elevate the hull enough for easy travel on snow-covered ice and are strong enough enough to support sailing on 2 blades. Going from water to ice, skates are retracted until the driver feels that the ice is thick enough to lower the skates. On ice, the boat can travel 4 times the speed of the wind. This makes the transition from ice to water a spectacular skimming exercise unparalleled in water sports. *Wet suit required*
